Due to the limited time until the beginning of the competition, we stopped the ticket sale through our office (unless the tickets are for the section D - All Event tickets only)

That is really usefull information.
Taxi would be better choice if it will be cold and windy. There two types of taxi? Weather could be warmer but still much better then in Canada.
Do we exchange money in a bank? Do you think anyone knows canadian dollar just kidding..I will take some euro, then exchange it, and will try to use my canadian bank card at atm, I don't belive in success. Our banks always try to protect us.

Most secure will be if hotel receptionist call taxi by phone. Also, every taxi should to have taximeter!
