The movie shows how good relatioship he has with skaters and Stephane Weir and Lambiel speak with great words about him.

Да я же не говорю,что фильм плохой.Фильм классный.И очень много забавных сюжетов))

Особенно мне про Жубера кадры понравились)

Но просто несправедливо очень . Это как если бы в Корее,сняли фильм о шоу Ю.Ким,и не взяли у нее интервью Или Лайса в Америке. Согласитесь,трудно представить.Везде своих ценят,любят и уважают,в том числе и журналисты.

А Женя был в хорошем настроении,и с нами встречался. И необязательно было с Васей говорить о каких то проблемах ,дисквалификацих и т.д. что было возможно на пресс-конференциях. Там хватает "доброжелателей"
Ну уж Васе сказать несколько слов просто о шоу,о друзьях -фигуристах)). О том,как тому же Браяну в Таллине ,предложил поучаствовать в этом шоу,Женя бы точно не отказал Соловьеву.И времени было для этого предостаточно,особенно в Питере.Они там с самого утра репетировали,играли в футбол ,бродили по Ледовому)) Все там были до самого позднего вечера.
Мы видели с Верой,как Женя дружески с Васей на репетиции Королей в Москве общался.За несколько часов до второго показа этого номера,теперь уже в Москве. Как они про номер "4 Короля "говорили,как Женя радовался ошеломительному успеху в Питере

Хотя и поклонникам Жубера его мало, а Ари много
Но хорошо уже то, что Соловьёв предоставил "королям" возможность говорить тёплые слова про Плющенко. Особенно когда Бриан сказал, что это шоу для него отдых от стресса и давления и он гордится, что выступает с Плющенко. Или Джонни - с такой искренностью говорит о Жене. Всем ненавистникам Плющенко надо прописать просмотр этого фильма, хотя им, наверное, всё равно не поможет
И футбол был очень хороший, конечно!

The Olympic Games in Vancouver has just ended, but no one is tired of skating. For true fans, March and April are the most favorite time because their idols are still in great shape and have an excellent mood, and they go to the exhibition ice, sometimes working miracles.

The “Kings on ice” show was held immediately after the Worlds. Lambiel, Joubert, Weir, Plushenko - they were on the first lines of posters. And for the first time - as a team.

For half an hour of this film you won’t know any amazing secrets of the show cast’s private life. All we can promise is twenty-four hours spent in Moscow and St. Petersburg between two shows. All that we have in this film is the mood of figure skaters, their wonder, love and talent.

Despite of mistaken ideas, show is not just an evening out to the public. There are training in the morning, chatting with press and fans during the day, moving between cities and rehearsal before each performance.

Ari: we all make common cause, they all are trying their best. They realize that the Russian public is very interesting and well-educated, you should answer the Russian audience’s expectations. If you’re turning out potboilers, they just say “Goodbye, don’t come to us anymore”.

This show’s made by the producer Ari Zakarian. He is one of the few entrepreneurs in this area. Like everyone else, he is looking for something special, his own. He likes sport and circus, so that’s the specificity of his tour comes from.

This season, Ari’s aim is to announce the cast that was impossible to imagine before. The combination of participants, as it turned out, was lying on the surface. There are the main representatives of the men’s figure skating in recent years. The only goal is to get them together.

Ari: I helped Stephane sometime, we all know he studied once under Alexey N. Mishin who is Zhenya's coach. Johnny Weir - also no problems with him, because I helped him too, and also his coach Galina Yakovlevna Zmievskaya was my coach when I was skating in Odessa, long time ago. And there was Brian Joubert, who competed very strongly with Evgeni, and they had the cold war, the ice war literally while they competed. It happened that at the European Championship in Tallinn, Zhenya came to him in the locker room and said: "Hey, bro, let's start doing something together!" "I'm ready", he replied. "Come on, with pleasure!". That's how we added Brian, and now we had that male quartet.

The journalists at the press conference were more like a fan club. Their questions were more emotional than factual. Johnny Weir was asked to sing something from his Russian repertoire.

Ari: When you look at the guys having fun at the rehearsals, it's so nice! And they seem to catch that good spirit. That’s great!

Ari: I know personally each of these guys very well and very long. I spent with them a lot of days. They all are great guys; they’re so interesting, creative persons. They have great opportunities and great experience. And now, as they had been “released”, they have felt that freedom – “I can do what I want!” and we’ve got that interesting picture.

During the show intermission one you can get an autograph of your favorite skater. If you have the luck, of course.

Johnny: For me, figure skating is my life. I have a lot of websites, I have many-many-many fans, and people know when you are skating with a heart.

A number of a skater lasts from 3 to 5 minutes, rarely more. But the day of a skater is planned almost by the minute. They are very busy, just as you at work… I hope.

Ari: Stephane Lambiel is a Swiss, Johnny Weir is an American, Brian Joubert is a Frenchman. They competed with each other during last 6-8 years. And they participating in one show, and, moreover, in one group number together – that has never happened before, and that’s really cool!

Johnny: Plushenko, Joubert, Johnny Weir, Lambiel – it’s a great show, the best show in the world!

Johnny: Inside, Lambiel is such a… *hands waving* He’s always…Always smiling.

Johnny: Joubert - he is always very serious, but he’s really good guy. He wants to be a champion very much, he wants to skate.

Ari: that group number causes literally a flurry of emotions of the audience. People are screaming, literally ejecting themselves from their seats. This feeling is amazing! And, of course, the guys themselves have really good time on the ice.

Ari: My expectations were that the people would rise at least for10 minutes at the end. My chronometer showed that it was lasted like 12-14 minutes, so I'm satisfied.

Immediately after the show participants move. It’s not anything new for them to sleep in the buses and trains. In the U.S. tours the participants of shows visit the dozens of towns.

[Stephane speaks]

Sometimes it seems that the atmosphere of the show is creating by itself. Everyone brings something different, something one’s own, and the locomotive is running at the full speed. And only in the difficult moments it becomes clear that someone still has to be able to make quick decisions. But anyway, to relax is also good idea!

Johnny: When I am in Moscow, I feel at home. Russia is very interesting for me, and I don’t know why. It’s beautiful, romantic. It's like a fairytale for me. I don’t know why.

They have one hour to wash, dress, have a breakfast and then they’re going to the arena. But – even being unwashed you have to take a picture!

Every skater receives dozens of emails every day. In high season even hundreds and thousands of emails. There is Basil's Cathedral on the desktop of Joubert’s laptop. So, he is also a member of the fan-club! :)

And while Stephane’s having a breakfast, his fans are preparing for a meeting with him in a conference-room. The cost of renting this conference-room is about 2 thousand dollars, and the girls have collected this amount all by themselves. It turned out that it’s still possible to surprise Lambiel.

Ari: He was shocked, he was amazed, he was so happy! Now, I communicate with him very often, and he says that he can’t wait for when he come to Russia again. He has very solid and really good community of fans.

It took months to prepare some of the gifts. To make the figurine of Stephane in the casket, fans searched a master all over Russia. They found him in St. Petersburg.

Ari: The eyes of fans, joy, and then receiving a bunch of e-mails "Thank you so much!" and all that… It means a lot! I read every message I get. And I’m trying to answer that messages. It’s very pleasant. It clung to my memory that the guys were so happy doing that.

A minute later they come on the ice. They can do it every day, if the audience needs it. Their positive energy is almost inexhaustible, and this could and should be used.

Wait for the Kings in your city, wherever you’re. We’re sure of this. We heard about it - in the backstage...
